Delete your account

You can delete your Synet Eat account yourself at any time – in the app and on syneteat.com.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the app or to syneteat.com.
2. Open your profile.
3. At the bottom, choose “Delete account permanently” and confirm with your password (if you signed in with Google: with your e-mail address).

What is deleted?

• Your profile, sign-in data, saved addresses, favorites, stamp card data, photos and rating data are deleted.
• Orders remain with the restaurants as business records but are anonymized (name, phone number, e-mail and delivery address are removed).
• Where legal retention obligations apply (e.g. for invoices and receipts), the data concerned is kept until the retention periods end.
• Deletion cannot be undone.

Can’t sign in anymore?

Write to us from the e-mail address of your account at support@synet-ai.com with the subject “Delete account”. We will verify the request and delete your account.
